she/her/hers
Janna enjoys working with adolescents and adults. She has a passion for helping people navigate challenges while building self-compassion.
Janna is a dual-licensed clinician who received her masters degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota. Janna has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient mental health, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment. She enjoys working with adolescents and their families, as well as adults individually. Janna uses an integrated approach of CBT, DBT, and attachment/family theories to look at both the big picture and the “here and now”. She believes therapy can be hard work and enjoyable at the same time. In her free time she enjoys crochet, baking, playing board games, and watching football with her family.
My goal is to create a space that allows people to feel comfortable enough to get uncomfortable. Every individual has their own unique path to healing and well-being. My role is to walk that path with you by using evidence-based methods and providing you with tools to support long-lasting change - and hopefully we can laugh a little along the way.
